1. Returns

  • We offer easy returns within 5 days of product delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

    • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

      2. Non-Returnable Items

      The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

      • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened/used)

      • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

      • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

        3. Return Process

        To initiate a return:

        2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if requested)

        4. Refunds

        • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you

        • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

        • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

        • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

        5. Replacement

        • Replacements are available for damaged, defective, or wrong products

        • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

        • Product images or unboxing video may be required for verification

        6. Shipping Charges

        • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to:

          • Damaged product
